As a laborer in the construction field, where I quickly realized that I wanted more from life. Tired of 11 years in the grind, I decided to start my own business, but I failed. With no choice but to return to construction, I knew deep down that I was meant for something greater.

Looking for a new direction, I ventured into the fitness industry and became a personal trainer. I was passionate and eager, but I didn’t realize that success in this field also required the ability to sell my own programs. After just three months, I was fired because I couldn’t sell. It was a tough blow, but instead of accepting defeat, I made a decision that would change my life forever.

I invested in sales programs, sought out mentors, and dedicated myself to learning everything I could about the art of selling. Within six months, I became the number one sales rep. I found that salespeople are not born; they are made. This success wasn’t just a fluke—it was the result of hard work, persistence, and the willingness to learn. My success continued to grow, and I eventually became one of the top sales reps in a nation-wide company, within the construction trade sales industry.

After reaching this level, I knew I had developed a system for in-home sales-type businesses that worked. But before launching and training others in my system full-time, I wanted to prove it in one of the lowest-class and most populated businesses around. Here in South Florida, pressure washing and sealing is a big service that many people need. With zero debt and zero connections, I put together a plan to do $1 million in my first year, understanding that the average job is only $300—so we were dealing with thousands of people. I just missed the mark 12 months in, but it was a huge success. My sales system and operation system worked better than ever. By year two, we were number three out of 170 pressure washers in our region. By year three, UBA was running 100% on a system with the F.C. sales system training the sales team so effectively that it put me out of a job. We completely changed this low-class industry into a professional standard line of work.

With this proof, along with my 10 years of experience in selling and 11 years laboring in the construction field, Future Contributions was fully ready to be introduced to the world. Even before the launch, many salespeople and companies have experienced what takes 10 years to master in just 3 to 6 months with the F.C. system.
